For a lot of people in Nigeria, their first exposure is most likely usually through the trailer. Film stills generally come second or even third. Why is that? Chukwuka Osakwe, an emerging Photographer, filmmaker and director based in Lagos, Nigeria, joins us to explain the need for more unit photographers in Nollywood movies and why stills are critical to the success of a film. He is also passionate about the treatment of film production crews in Nigeria. "If you hold people's money back for that long, 2 months, after the hard work that they've done, for how ever long we were on set for, I think it's just very unfair," Chukwuka says.
